Tim has over 24 years of housing and real estate experience, beginning with his exposure to the industry through his father, a seasoned Realtor, who first introduced Tim to the industry at age 17. Tim purchased his first restoration project at age 18 and has since continued to work and involve himself in the industry in a variety of capacities. Through his own experiences, Tim has a seasoned approach to helping his clients meet their real estate objectives.
